When I try to edit the info on the home page I get

How do I change it?
In order to edit the define files, you need to set the directories and files to 777 ...
/includes/languages/english/html_includes
Later, when all is done, you can change them for security purposes ...

You are showing that you are using Classic template and that will get overwritten on an upgrade ...

I figured out how to change the permission, but I still can't edit any pages.
Make sure you have changed both the directories and files to 777 ... or you will have issues ...
NOTE: if you are changing template files, you should have a full copy of all files from:
/includes/languages/english/html_includes
located in the:
/includes/languages/english/html_includes/your_template_dir
and set that directory and files to 777 ...
