Thank you for the quick response. I was missing the files you directed me to check and have since added them.

-return authorization now comes up in the title of every "info link" after clicking on it.
-still error 404 page not found for RA
-Side box BOX_INFORMATION_RETURNS still there

Is there something else I may have done incorrectly?
