Restriction problem in Coupon Admin

I am getting this error when clicking on restrictions on a coupon:

Sorry, your security clearance does not allow you to access this resource.

Please contact your site administrator if you believe this to be incorrect.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

I am the admin and have all permissions. Another admin with full access is getting the same error. Any help?

If you're seeing this in your admin, then you probably have the Admin Profiles security module installed, and should hit up its support thread for assistance.
