I wanted to find out if I can copy whole Categories? So lets say I have a band shirt in rock and I want to put his whole catagory stickers and hoodies can I do that?

You can choose to either LINK a product across several categories, or DUPLICATE it in several categories.
Linking is perhaps better, as you set a master category for the product, where the product data is edited. Changes are this accurately reflected in all places (categories) where the product is featured.
DUPLICATION allows (for example) that a product can be described differently in category A than it is in category B.
