How do I remove message from my main page

How do I remove the message "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution." from my main page?

I have looked every were for the text refered to in this post link, And have yet to find it?
I dont want to replace: Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.
I want to get rid of it all together, And there is no link of text, that i can find that is in this post on how to change: Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.

This line of text they say to look for is not in my (index.php) anywere?

I am using zen 1.3.8......and the classic template....

Hi Keith,

To not have any text there at all, just delete the line 'Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.' from the index.php file, just make sure you leave the '' there.

The text must be in your index file. Its fairly close to the bottom of the index.php.

My index.php does not have the text line 'Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.' in it at all, And there is another index.html that is empty all together.

I dont know were this index.php is you guys are refering to?, But i dont seem to have it??

This is the path to find the file - Includes > Languages > English > Index.php It should definitely be there.
