Remove white space below banner

I just added a new language to my zen cart, and I noticed that on the english version, there is a white space under the banner, which shouldn't be there, on the new language, it comes out good, but I already had the english one with the white space for a long time, hadn't even noticed this. Does anyone know where I can remove that white space?

English is at the moment the default language, so you will automatically come to the english template.

}

The red font above is the problem
