If there are no products on my shopping cart and I click on View Cart, the page says 'Your Shopping Cart is Empty. New Products for February'. How do turn off the 'New Products for February' text? I've already turned off the actual product listing for New Products on the shopping cart page but can't see how to turn off the actual heading text announcing it. Thank you.

Did you go to Admin>Configuration>Stock>Show New Products on empty Shopping Cart Page and set it to 0? If so, it's strange that it would still announce it as a heading. Have you made any code changes to the relevant files. You might want to compare them with the originals.
