Need Age Verification before entering page

Okay ... Sorry to bother you again .... The script that worked for me was:

Okay, I now can't seem to get the script to stop asking for the age verification.... ... time for bed ....

Is there a setting I have to change for cookies so the verification only asks once? Do I change something in Configuration > Sessions in the zen cart. Please can anyone help?
