StoreCart - RentaCart start up

Is anyone using Zen Cart via the StoreCart (also known as RentaCart)? I signed up and paid on Sunday 13th of April and received an email saying the setup could take 48 hours.

I am still waiting 240 hours later. I have received confirmation that my domain is approved and the web site space is there. (banlon.biz)

I cannot get any response from the company. They closed my forst support ticket with no answer and ignored my second one. None of their help sites say anything about what to do from here. Everything about how to do something shows a menu in the control panel that simply is not there.

I am planning to cancel this tomorrow and move somewhere else. Can anyone recommend a Zen Cart host that takes good care of customers?
