E-mail of order confirmation received, but no record in cart
Hello,
I have a client using the 1.3.8 version, and twice that they are aware of now, customers have submitted an order using Credit Card, and while the customer receives an order confirmation, the store owner does not, and there is no record in the database of the order.
The order number showing on the e-mail confirmation the customer has, belongs to a different customer on each occasion, and there are no other orders placed on the day that is dated on the order confirmation e-mail.
So it seems as though the order number is being generated in the e-mail, but no record in the database being kept, and so the next order through the system then gets the same order number.
I looked through the forums and can't see anyone else having this kind of problem.
Help please, as this is a really bad problem. CC payments are sent through manually, so not auto processing of them.
