My ZEN Cart was working fine and had no issues.
I changed the PASSWORD to access the SQL database with my web provider.
The Zen Cart was not accessible anymore.

I changed the new password in the /includes/configure.php.
This worked and I can see my Cart again.

NOW I wanted to access my control panel but this still is not accessible. I get the error message:
0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from zenOK_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I guess this has to do with the new password for my SQL database.
Is there another file where I have to change the password besides the configure.php to get access to my control panel?
