I am working with a digital warehouse, trying to configure my store to drop ship their digital products (i.e., the downloads come from them; I'm just the go-between). I am stuck at the first step. They have given me a download of tab-delimited catalog items and told me to download this catalog into my store's database. I don't have a clue how to do that. The next file is a set of covers that needs to be downloaded into my database. Any help, or any suggestions where I could get help?
