(Not a bug) Maybe missing a code?

I have had this issue 3x over the past 2 weeks. Most customers have no problem checking out, but other customers are having problems. Am I possibly missing some language files or is it just their internet settings?


Example 1:

For 2 days I have been trying to purchase some items. But with every move I make, it takes me back to the sign-in page??? I have the correct info and am able to see my account. But, when I click on an item or anything, it jumps back to sign-in. Am I doing something wrong or is the website acting up?

Example 2:
I made a purchase, but i'm having a little problem. Every time I try to download, I get kicked out, back to the login page. I've tried several times, and it just keeps happening. Any ideas as to why this might be happening? Here's my purchase info and thanks!

Go to your site and try to login ... are you able to?

Logout ... and try to create a new account ... are you able to?

Logout ... and try to login to the new account that you just created ... are you able to?

If you answer no, switch to the Classic Template and try the above ... do they work now?
