Is it from the admin panel to delete that or something that need to be adjusted in CSS or what ! please help ..

This can be done in admin..
Admin>Config>EZ-Pages Settings>Display Status - HeaderBar
Set to 0Mods: Admin Activity Report || PO Box Ban || Empty Cart Manager || Autoresponder+ || Zip Validator || Desktop Data || SRiC
