Email error

When I send an email I get the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in zen-cart\functions\functions_email.php on line 380

I am using php as the agent and have configured the SMTP setting the same as in other PHP mail applications which work.

Any and all help is appreciated.

I bet you have another language in admin. I use English when I am sending newsletters. Nobody seems to tell me why that happens Please send me a reply I am correct.
