That's a question you need to take up with your hosting company. It's not an issue with your Zen Cart software.

Call you ISP and see if really exceeded your quota. I remember this what working with a clients FrontPage site. Yuck.

This isn't a Zencart question, but it means exactly what it says - you have exceeded the disk space you're allowed for your site.
Check your Inbox and 'Deleted Items' folder for large or many messages. If you have Spam Assassin set to save SPAM messages, check that folder, too.
Other than that, this question would be best asked of your hosting company.
