Customizing product listing

First thing is how do I remove Filter Results from product listing.

My big question is how can I customize this page http://mollysoap.com/shop/index.php?...=index&cPath=1

so it looks like my current layout here

admin > config > product listing > Include Product Listing Alpha Sorter Dropdown > set to false

My big question is how can I customize this page

Add more products as it looks like you have the column grid module installed

Thanks! Well I plan on using the column grid but is there anyway to add my dotted border around it with a larger image above like it is on my current site http://www.mollysoap.com/soap.htm
