Removing "Gift Certificate FAQ" from sidebar?

I have looked high and low and can't find the answer to this.

When I go into Configuration ->Define Page Status, the option is not there to remove the link to the GC FAQ.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this link? I do not want to offer GC's to my customers.

Admin> Modules> Orders Total - Disable the Gift Certificate module and the link will disappear.

Is there any way to remove that link without uninstalling the whole GC module? I might want to offer them later on down the line.

We have spent years making Zen Cart configurable so that you shouldn't have to touch the code to do the normal type things . Enjoy!
