That is a new function in v1.3.8 ... more than likely something you have added is v1.3.8 and using the function that is not in v1.3.7.1 ...

ah, well, the mod I added didn't specify 1.3.8 .... I'm running 1.3.7.1, and according to what's mentioned, seemed like it would fit with this mod:
