Edit E-mail Confirmation

Hi, i can't seem to figure out how to edit the confirmation e-mail after a completed order.
I need to remove the wordings "Your order will not ship until we receive payment."
Any help is appreciated.

1. search on the bottom left side
2. Your order will not ship until we receive payment.
3. admin/catalog
4. Click Search
5. Here you will find the file to edit
6. remember the override system
