Centre Producst Box & Image issues

I have managed to customise my template but have however lost the New products display in the centre box which I would like to retrieve. I think that I have somehow deleted the code for this - anyone able to help??

I am also having trouble adding an image to the main centre box. I have read the tutorials of how to add image to center boxes but cannot seem to find the block in my CSS.
