Thanks for viewing my issue...and reply me...
i was bz with work so couldnt read it ......
the main reason that i got this issue is i may have misplaced some file or replaced some .... when i had try to add google checkout...
the zip folder which i have used is very perfect and i have uploaded whole zencart folder from first ...and then i added GC as per its installation n readme file...
now it works very smoothly... only thing was happened that i had replaced some files ... surely ... o/w it didnt gives these errors....

My advice to all GC users that plz go thru the readme file very very clearly and feed the Admin panel details very carefully ....

thn it works fine ....
