Adding a Radio buttons to Description

I need to add Radio button which contains Different car models and year.

I have it added to the description of the items but It seems like when you a customer purchase something I can only see the item title So the question is How could I use those radio buttons to function as part of the Zen cart, maybe add a submit button or something.
