How to change emails from HTML to text

How come even though I have under my Admin --> Email Options the Email Admin format to TEXT it is still sending out my order emails , etc in HTML.

Check your setting in:

admin/ configuration/ email options/ Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails

1. set to false
