Setting Stock Numbers

I am setting up zen for a clothing store - The thing is I can have 5 products the same but in different sizes. I only want my customers to be able to buy one of each size (or two of certain sizes). Is this possible??

It's not clear from your post how you have set up your products. Have you created a separate product for each size? If so, you could simply set the "Products Qty Maximum" when adding or editing a product.

If you have set the sizes using attributes, then you would need to resort to custom programming as the products quantity fields only operate at product level.

Is anyone out there able to help with custom programming for this as it seems that lots of people have been asking about applying stock numbers to different sizes???
