replace ISO codes for country codes

On Zones module (shipping), when I start the checkout, on the "Shipping Method" it tells me "Shipping to" and then shows the country code (2 letters). How can I make the country name appear instead of its code?

I've seen the reply to the below post but it messes up the Zones definitions... Are there any ohter solutions?

Sorry for this post. The first part of the below post worked after all, so, never mind the question and use the below solution (first part of it, not the "title" part).
