Newbie: Simple banner hyperlink

Was wondering how I can get my main banner in Zencart to hyperlink back to another site when clicked on.

(This is the "top banner" I believe - which has the Home, Logout, My Account links just above it along the top...)

Any easy way to accomplish this? Thanks
