(Empty) Shopping Cart page edits

I want to change the text of the centerbox title on the Empty Shopping Cart page. Right now it reads "New Products for May" and I'd like to change that to "Products Offered"

What file points to the Empty Shopping Cart page?

I've seen other threads similar but can't seem to find it for this page. I've also tried searching for these keywords using the Developer's Tool Kit...

New products for May

Remember "May" is a variable, so if you include it in your search text in developers toolkit, you'll get a NULL result.

Just try searching for " New products for "

For others who are looking to edit the centerbox title text (New Products For *month*) on the "Your Shopping Cart is empty" page....

I edited the text in this file:
/yoursite/yourcart/includes/languages/english.php

...and it worked fine. The Developer's Tool Kit comes up with many results when you search for "New Products For" so I thought I'd post this.
