my store www.djseller.com
First insure that your SSL is installed correctly by adding the "s" to your url
as in
http://www.djseller.com/ to https://www.djseller.com/
If installed correctly the lock will be present if not it will error
Once you can do the above then it is installed
Edit your /includes/configure/php file

Have you installed the SSL Cert provided to you, from wherever you purchased it, or do you have a temporary Cert installed?
Off-hand it looks like you have temp Cert installed and, until you install the issued Cert, best not to use an 'https' connection for anywhere within your Zen Cart.
BTW, nice looking Template you've got there. Can I ask where you got it?
Ok well let me tell you guys. i just ordered my Dedicated SSL from 1&1 hosting. before i tried to use shared ssl which the address was https://ssl.perfora.net/djseller.com but if you go it does not work. now that i got the dedicated i think it takes some time to have it setup , but please help me and tell me what i will need to do next i know i gotta my configration in those two files , but do i need to load my catalog and how would i do that?
the template i got from zen4me.com
thanks
Before being able to use a Dedicated SSL Cert you must have a Dedicated IP address. Both the IP address and SSL Cert install should be done by your Hoster.
Once the SSL Cert is installed it should work immediately.
dfdfsfsfsfsf
so i have installed my Dedicated SSL and i have changed the configuar.php files but still cant get anything do i need to change anything else.
please help me set it up from scratch
thanks
Does not look like you followed the tutorial
https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=14
as changing your home page http to https generates an error not a secure connection
Looks like it is still not installed correctly and your host should be able to assist with this
Zen-Venom Get Bitten
so i have fixied my configur.php files but still dont work
what otherthings should i change in the config files
It is working now - but you got this issued to your www. address
edit the configs to reflect that Change http://djseller.com/
to http://www.djseller.com/
and https://djseller.com/
to https://www.djseller.com/
In both the configure files
Then in the includes/ one set ssl to "true"
Or re-read the tutorial
