I'm having problems with my shipping. I installed the shipping by usps a few months ago, and everything was fine except I guess I never noticed 'international' wasn't showing up, until someone from Canada tried to buy something yesterday.
Here is what I did: I checked all of the boxes for the shipping options I want to offer. They are for domestic: 1st class, priority and express, and same for international. When people go to buy items, only priority and express show up for domestic, and for international there is a note that says,
We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)
Also, 2 people informed me yesterday that when they tried to check out, and they were domestic (one was from DC), it told them that they couldn't proceed because their country wasn't filled out. It definitely was filled out because I went back and checked their info, and it was in there!
I've contacted USPS several times and they refuse to help saying it's Zen-Cart's problem. So what should I do now? I've lost 2 sales and had to give the other a discount so she would email me her order.
