Stuck at checkout_shipping

My client wanted two different UPS shipping options: one for Canada and one for the States. I duplicated the upsxml module (calling it upsxml_usa) and configured it for his US account, and that seemed to work fine. However, USA customers who choose UPS get stuck on step 1 of purchasing - hitting Continue just reloads the page.

I've done some forum reading and think it may be connected to zones - any suggestions? Thanks.

Try this ...

When cloning the module don't use:
upsxml_usa

use instead:
upsxmlusa

What is happening is your clone is picking in half of the code as upsxml and the other half as upsxml_usa ...

This is more or less breaking the whole thing ...

Im having a similar problem, but it seems that the page is not there or deactivated. Once you hit checkout from the page says 404 not found.

Any idea why? I haven't deleted any files. Is something turned off in the backend?

If you switch to the Classic Template, does the Checkout work now?

If so it is your template ...

If not, it sounds like a bad file upload or missing file ...
