Upgrade Problems

Hello all,

Not sure if this is a bug or not but its late on a Friday after trying to figure this problem out for about 6 hours and I sure there are some of you out there that know what im talking about.

After doing an upgrade from version 1.3.7 to 1.3.8a I have run into a couple of strange problems.

1 - The meta_tags.php file in includes/languages/english/ is not pulling anymore. This makes my home page title say Home_page_title for the title of the page.

2 - All of my attributes have been corrupt and now say
" Attributres_price_delimiter_prefix ... Attributres_price_delimiter_suffix"
All of the prices are still correct and the checkout still works as far as i can tell.

Everythign else seams to work correctly but I am still checking things over. Any help is apprecitead.

Wulp I have fixed one of the problems... For some reason this line in the Meta_tags is now requireing a title regardless of the page title or the Site Tagline. Not sure why but I will go with it.

// NOTE: If HOME_PAGE_TITLE is left blank (default) then TITLE and SITE_TAGLINE will be used instead.
  define('HOME_PAGE_TITLE', 'Palmetto Mattress - Toxic Free Healhty Products'); // usually best left blank

Now only the atributres problem left!

Did you run the DB Upgrade?

Check in admin > tools > server/ver info

Should be Zen Cart 1.3.8a
DB patch 1.3.8

Yup thats what Ive got in my Ver Info - I am at a loss here, Been trying to think of what could be causing this all day.

Hoping that you have access to the orig DB - Did you create the backup in phpmyadmin? and if so did you follow this tut https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=103

Try this according to the above and re-run zc_install DB UpGrade

Its doing the same thing it was before. The atributes are messed up.

Did you check the list of bugs (and fixes) for version 1.3.8a? I think it's in the anouncement room or somewhere
