USPS rates are incorrect in my 1.3.7 shop

Hi All,

I am using ZC v1.3.7
I installed the USPS_NOV192007 patch back in Dec., and everything was working great again, until a week or so ago.

For example: a customer was charged (First-Class Mail (2 - 5 days)): $3.64 (and that is WITH a $2.00 handling fee).

When I login to pay/print a shipping label, we are charged $4.60

Has anything changed with the USPS again?

Check the settings on Machinable ... what happens if you set that to false?
