USA customers at my client's site who choose UPS get stuck on step 1 of purchasing - hitting Continue just reloads the page.
I've done some forum reading and think it may be connected to zones - any suggestions? Thanks.

I should clarify that this is only an issue when the customer chooses the UPS shipping options...if they choose the Truck Freight option below, the Continue button does take them to the payment page.

Looks like the issue is solved - the shipping module had an underscore in the name; apparently we can't do that.
