Page loads blank sometimes, but other times fine ... Why is it not drawing properly?

Hi,

I've got a site where the page keeps showing as just a blank page. Usually after a refresh or two it reappears, completely functional and correct. I've tried the debug tools, and they work but they don't log any errors when the blank page appears.

Does anyone have an idea of something that might go wrong *some* of the time?

I'm relatively competent with php but this has got me completely stumped!

Any ideas would be most helpful, thanks!

any answers to this question because I get that as of today and i'm in a lost too, even in admin too.

Found the issue, firewall not allow it.
Funny just had this issue with it today.
