Phone order Help

Hello, I recieved a phone ordered and I wanted to send them a email comformation threw the website "Just as if she ordered off line". This person never signed up ect. Where in the admin can I add all the info to add them so they recieve all the nessary emails? I have version 1.3.7

1. then sign in using master password encrypted process
2. place the products in their shopping cart and process the order for them
3. Now you have the order in the database

haredo, This is version 1.3.8 so will it work with 1.3.7 also, if the customer didnt sigh up and just called does this make them a default password and it is email to them ect.?

You will half to read the thread..

Time to upgrade

yes a Email is sent to them if you create an account for them with no password in the subject.

1. you will go to orders and edit them in the comments section and click update, telling them the email address and to log in and use change password, or use forgot password..
2. I always use a funny generic password for this procedure
