Where do I change the alt image tag for the "Sold Out' Button?

I need the "Sold Out" button to say something other than "sold out" when it is moused over.

Where do I change this?

If you go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and enter in the bottom input box the text that you are looking for, and select the Catalog from the dropdown ... you will find all files where that text, code, etc. is defined, used etc. ...
