    Default doexpresscheckoutpayment not getting to PP



    We can't get orders to process to our PayPal account. Orders in the shop go threw, an invoice is created and everything that goes along with it (email sent to customer, order confirmation sent to [email protected], etc) but nothing shows up in the PayPal account. Searched the forums and none of the threads have changed this result. curltest.php and ipncheck.php both pass w/o any errors. I have logs turned on.

    We have tried several attempts to make a purchase using PPE on an AMEX and nothing is showing on the AMEX card.

    I went ahead and upgraded to Zen Cart 1.3.8a today and still nothing coming into the paypal account. I have Zen Cart 1.3.7 backed up and can restored it if it helps anything.

    DoExpressCheckoutPayment is the last step. There are no failures of this in any of my logs. I can post zipped logs if needed.

    I was actually able to speak with someone at PayPal in the merchant support department; A third level of support and the gentleman said that there are no API calls to DoExpressCheckoutPayment and it's not getting back to PayPal.

    I did a search for DoExpressCheckoutPayment and of the 16 results, I could not find anything that resolved this issue.

    Have you tried a non-AMEX card?

    Last night we tried Visa and Master Card and still nothing shows up our PayPal

    Ok .. looks like it's been figured out .. In the payment modules, we had Invoices enabled as well as PPE .. Disabled Invoices and payments are going through ..

    Default DoExpressCheckoutPayment not working

    Greetings! Like the subject says.....my Zen Cart is not performing the DoExpress API call to Paypal.

    This is my first ZenCart installation and it is being hosted on HostMonster. I have only one product in the cart and when I proceed to make a payment in Live mode, it will calculate the final price correctly (w/ shipping + tax) and ask me to either continue checkout or login to paypal. Either way I pick, I make it to the paypal screen and type in my info (or login to my paypal acct), the transaction will submit successfully and I am retuned to my successful page in zencart. The order shows up properly with all correct information in the orders section of zencart. I also receive an emailed invoice from my store....except no payment to paypal actually takes place.

    I am using v1.3.8a and my only addon is a FedEx shipping module. I did try everything I thought to be relevent: curltest is successful, apitest is successful, my orders show up properly in the admin section of zencart and my debug logs show the first two function calls to paypal working. I don't have any other payment modules active except ExpressCheckout.

    Help.

    Nevermind.....I got it working...If I remove all the other payment modules, or at least reorder them so PayPal is in spot 0, it works fine. If anything else is present in spot 0, then the last api call in paypal doesn't work on my site.
