How to use the fix cache key Utility?

This is a really stupid question. How do you 'run' this utility?

Just follow the instructions that accompany the code.

You "run" the file by typing it into your browser address bar:-

http://www.your_web_site.com/fix_cache_key.php ... then [ENTER]

REMEMBER to delete the file from your server when done.

I tried that but it is not working for me. What is supposed to happen see here http://ndmdesignershop.com/ fix_cache_key.php

I moved my site to new server and it is not working - please help someone

I changed all the paths in configuration file so not sure what else to do
