Internet Explorer unable to open my product info pages

Same error here. Only in IE (tested on IE 6). Mozilla and Safarii works fine.
The error which I receive is quite strange - first there is a box "Internet Explorer could not open the internet site... Operation aborted" and then it redirects to "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" page. This problem probably is related with the script execution under IE.

Same problem here. I've noticed it for a while. But once I installed Google Check-out it became much worse. I don't notice this on any other sites but my zen-cart 1.3.8 sites. Any insight?

seems some problems with modules. I have fual slimbox and got these erros. Once inactivated the slimbox, site seems to work 100% again

same problems here. it's not a problem with your browser, it's a problem with your website.

i just disabled fual slimbox and suddenly it's no longer doing it.

I deleted lightbox in my site and it took care of the IE crash problem for me.

I've got the same problem with IE7 and the same message.

Works fine in Safari, Firefox and IE6.

We've used Lightbox for a long time with our old Zen Cart site without any issues.

The front page of this site loads fine (including the flash header banner).

But product info pages result in the "Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site..... Operation Aborted" error.

Commenting out the flash banner in tpl_header.php stops this happening.

Not convinced its actually the flash banner causing it though as it doesn't do it on the homepage (and its the same code which runs it on the product pages).

Can anyone help?

What version of zencart was your old site and what version is your new site? The site I had issues with crashing on info pages was 1.3.7.1 and when I got rid of lightbox, the IE problem disappeared. I have seen on other threads how the problem was caused by hoverboxes and other mods for other people. So, you could just one by one start removing mods. Just save your files so you can replace if that was not the issue. I'm no expert, though.
