Help... I did something wrong

I was following some instructions from here on how to get my side boxes labeled.. well all of a sudden I can no longer view 1 of my catagories while using FireFox. It works fine in IE. What did I do?? And can I undo it?? (fingers crossed).

Please help me fix this, I pretty much only use FireFox. This problem only just happened tonight.

Ok never mind... after 30 attempts of reloading it seems to be working now... Thanks anyway...
