Purchase orders not working

I loaded www.bumpernut.com/purchaseorders.zip. It is not showing up in my admin/extras drop down box for me to input my suppliers.
Another post I saw somewhere told me to install SQL patch. Where do I get it? Not sure what I need to do to get it working.
