Default Remove Top Navigation Bar?

I've looked through the threads, and haven't found what I hoped would be a fairly common request. Client wants a bare bones, non-confusing layout, and does not need anything in the top navigation bar: no logo, no currency icon or pulldown, no search box, no Home or Log-in links. Essential stuff is now in the main content area and side boxes.

How do I remove the top navigation bar??

Thx,
Eddie

What is a link to this site?

The site is not live.

The template is a Template Monster

Search this site for template monster - unfortunately due to their non-conforming code it makes it difficult to suggest where to begin as you will see.

Try this for a bare bone start

I would put the search on top of the page. It just gets kinda lost down there and people who are looking for something specific are looking for a search option. My opinion...
