International Shipping Surcharge

Most of the store's products are calculated accurately but are off when it comes to international shipping. Is there a way to add a surcharge to international shipping?

Good question. It would make life easier for customers using Table Rates.

You could customize a shipping module to look for the:
$order->delivery['country']['id']

And add a separate charge where the handling fee is added in the shipping module ...
