I have done quite a bit of template changing from the original classic template.

Currently I have moved the navigation bar down and the header above it.

Now I need to fix the margin there is white space between the top and bottom of my header. i have searched and no dice for my specific issue.

Can someone tell me how to tighten that up so there are no more margins on each side of the header_bg???
