Pop up windows

Is it possible to change the background image for all my pop up windows? For example, when estimate shipping is clicked, another window opens with the info, but my background image makes it difficult to read. Can I make all of my pop ups have a white ground?

Ok, I thought I had done a thorough search before I posted my question, but while looking for something else in the meantime I happened to stumble upon a post with the exact same question. So I got my answer. Here is the thread in case anyone else is wondering the same thing.
