Very Confused About Meta Tags

Okay, I am really confused....

Can someone look at my site and then give me an idea of what i should put as

Meta Tag Title
Meta Tag Keywords
Meta Tag Description

for one of my pages. I am assuming we have to enter meta tags individually for each product?

I think *you* probably know your site and your products better than anyone else here.

This is an example of the sort of thing you should be putting:

<TITLE>Stamp Collecting World</TITLE>
<META name="description" content="Everything you wanted to know about stamps, from prices to history.">

Yes that's right.

.... but prior to doing that, look at the default behavior which is really very good. You don't get a lot of extra value for the time spent adding yet more metatags by hand to every. single. product.

What do you mean "default behavior"?

The default behavior is the meta tag content of a page PRIOR to you making any changes or customizations to it. You can see it by displaying a page you're interested in and then doing a View/Page Source (or equivalent) in your browser.
