Problem with Secure Logon!

I have set up the SSL certificate on my site. When I go to log into the admin section, I am redirected to the secure page as I should be. All my credit card processing is done through secure pages. However, when a customer tries to logon to the site, they are taken to the regular http:// page. Any thoughts?

Both of my configure.php files are set up correctly!

I found out the solution to my problem. As it turns out my Logon page link was defined as an EZ Page and I forgot to enable the SSL radio button when I created the page.
