There are changes to my page and suddenly I get an error message when I try to get into admin.

Suddenly admin doesn't work
My shop which was functional has been changed
and now I get an error message trying to get into admin.

Try closing all your web browser windows (exit the browser completely) and then restart your browser and then try to login to admin.

Sorry, when I mean suddenly, its been offline for ages...but I mean I didn't do anything actively for it to happen...
I'm not sure why the front page of the store changed either.
