Option Value Sort Order - Attributes Controller Page Only

Thanks for looking into this.

My developer made some changes to the module , he just told me "used one sqlscript to update sort order instead of programming loop" and it works great.
Don't know what he did as it's too technical for me.

I have just upgraded from 1.38a to 1.39h, and We are also unsuccessful in Updating option value sort orders from the "Option Value Manager" page. I would like to know sqlscript to update sort order instead of programming loop" that you are talking about is there a way that i could also use it too.
Can you or anyone help me with this I believe it gets sorted right now alphabetically however, Option Name Manager and the Option Value Manager sort order looks great. Yet when I look at the box for "Option Value" under "Adding New Attributes" page, they are out of order.

I do not know the technicality's however my developer did make this work for me and has made my life a lot easier.
I can share the files too however not sure if he did any SQL patch.
